If you are talking about the black hose that "oozes" from its entire
surface (made from recycled used tires), cut them to the length you want,
then buy hose mending kit fittings and add the new end fittings. Use
similarly "cut to fit" sections of regular hose to go between your beds (on
or under your paths) connecting several beds that have the "ooze" sections.
It takes some time to get it all setup (and the bigger the garden, the more
time it takes), but then you can just put the hose on a timer and set it to
water for x minutes or x gallons, and you're all set.
