I planted cabbage seed late March (in Mapleton, UT) and it's now just about
an inch tall. Not a lot of growth during the cooler weeks, so it probably
wasn't worth it to start as early as I did. I haven't tried the transplants
before, but they are easy to find right now. Good luck to you.
