In Australia, what we call silverbeet is a relative of beetroot, with
similar cultural practices. Silverbeet has white stems, topped with
large, glossy, dark green beetroot-shaped leaves. In a vigorous plant,
the leaf+stem stands about 18" tall. I understand that this is the same
plant as Swiss chard, though I'm not sure.
Does this sound right?
