Hi,
I'm new to the list, new to sqft gardening and new to growning
veggies. However I have been growning flowers and herbs for the last
couple of years.
We've put in four 4x8ft raised bed 12" high. We had 3 yards of top
soil and 2 yards of mushroom soil delivered mixed. Then we put 2
bags of 2.2 cu ft of peat on each bed. Must I still fertilize and if
so what would be best for Veggies, herbs and flowers? I have fish
emulision from the herbs and flowers and I have purchased blood meal
and fish meal but have not put it on yet. I read that chicken manure
is suppose to be good for veggies. I sure would appreciate some
advise on this.
Thanks,
Sheila
