Suggest you contact your County Exetnsion Home Economist office. They keep up with the latest recommendations. Books are free or very low cost. Also suggest you check very carefully any gaskets on the cooker. These are the first things to go, and should be replaced on a regular basis, if you can find replacements. Good luck..
