Thanks to all for the "compact corn" advice!!
O.K. Don, I'm with you... I have no dividers between any of my
squares and am always ready to deviate from standard gardening
methods, even if I have not yet tried the standards. Especially, if
the method trims time from my processes or increases yeild from my
effort.
Jo Ann - thanks for relaying your experience. I will plant my corn
closer than 1 per SQFT, and report my success or lack thereof down
the road.
Now ... one more question. May be simplistic, but bear in mind this
is my first ever SQFT garden.
If I plant the corn 3 per SQFT, do I have to plant them in a straight
line (like old row gardening) or can I :
