What does this have to do with squash bugs or sqft gardening! I sorry
that this is happening to you but I don't think that this is the correct
place to bring this subject up. A lot of people on this list get a lot
of email and are on this list specifically because they want to talk
about sqft gardening not unrelated items like this and someone else's
earlier post about where to live and narrow minds! Anyone else agree or
am I the only ogre among us?

Please read the message below that I have sent to my representatives in
the
US Congress from my state, and if you agree with the sentiments that I
have
expressed, send a copy (or similar message in your own words) to your
representatives in congress, even if you don't have a credit union
account
(you may want to someday, and it is much better for the depositor than
the
bank is).
you can find your state senators at http://www.senate.gov
and your state representatives at http://www.house.gov
According to a notice received from my credit untion, the credit union
has
been declared illegal by a district court, and if the ruling is allowed
to
stand (ref decision by the US District Coury for the District of
Columbia
in
the case of AT&T Family Federal Credit Union). Apparently, the only way
this
can be prevented is by the Congressing passes a law stating the bill
stating
that post-1982 feceral credit union Select Employee Group (SEG)
membership
qualifications are lawful.
I feel that the action taken by the court is a criminal infringement on
our
rights as American citizens and strongly urge you and your fellow
senators
to
pass this bill which would overturn the court decision so that we can
continue to deposit our earnings in the institution of our own choosing.
