Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
That's what I had sort of planned on doing this year, but our mild winter
gave us an early bloom and I didn't finish my research in time. This peach
is supposed to bloom right about now, but instead it has Plum sized fruit
already.
Oh, and for those who don't know me, I live in a part of Florida (Space
Coast) for which the USDA zone is more of an insult than a bad joke... Our
correct assessment would be something like Tropical Semi Arid Pine Forest
punctuated with Swampland if everything hadn't been dredged and paved and
ChemLawned 30 years ago which changed it into Tropical Irrigated Golf Course
punctuated with Swimming Pools...
When the Hurricane comes to wipe the condo's off the beach, perhaps we will
learn why God put so much permeable soil around here and we will repent our
wanton paving.
