Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
As someone currently doing social work, I can attest to the revitalizing
and sanity restoring properties of gardening, most days I can't wait to get
home and get into the garden ! Two of my favorite seed companies carry
celeriac, Territorial and Nichols, there are links to their web sites off my
garden page. I plant my celery at 2 or so per square foot, but I don't know
the spacing for celeriac.
