Sometimes I do use this method, but frequently I find it just doesn't work
for me.  It's easier for me to use a watering can while seedlings are
small, and use a soaker hose the rest of the time.

Judi --who would have loved to do some gardening this weekend, but instead
had to be hostess to a houseful of relatives. <sigh>
