It is fairly important to buy your sprout seeds from a Health food store of
other organic source and be sure that they are seeds "for Sprouting".
Agricultural seeds are often treated with fungicides and insecticides to
prevent damage out in your garden. Not a problem later on when harvesting
fruit, but when concentrated in a jar...???
