Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
I've uploaded a chart of seed viability for vegetables. It's at my web site
at
http://www.geocities.com/EnchantedForest/Palace/8189/Seedviability.htm
The list assumes you've stored your seeds for "maximum viability"; i.e.,
cool dry place.
Regarding the recipes, I haven't had a chance to go through my stuff yet; I
should be able to do it within the next week.
For later on in the season (in other words, when the tomatoes come in), I
did find a great recipe that I'm going to try. I picked up some plum
tomatoes to try it this weekend (although I expect it won't taste quite as
good):
Split French bread lengthwise.
Spread spinach dip on it (you can find it at any good deli)
Top with artichoke hearts and thinly sliced plum tomatoes
Sprinkle with shredded Italian style cheese (mozzarella, provolone, etc)
Broil until cheese is melted
Can't wait to try it!
Peace,
Patti
