Haricot verts are also known as French filet beans.  They are a very
slender, pencil-lead thin, green bush bean that have wonderful flavor.  The
variety I plant is Triumphe de Farcy, and seeds can be found in many
catalogs including Burpee, Park and Pinetree Gardens.
