tomatillos and/or salsa verde

We are having a bumper crop of tomatillos this year, and we were wondering 
if any of you has a good recipe or two for using them. This is the first 
year we've had so many, and we have only one recipe using salsa verde in 
it. I thought about doing an Internet search, but I'd really like some 
recipes for things that people who garden love.
