First, I need to point out that Iguanas have Square Feet. Therefore
this is on topic.
If he ate the flowers after they were fertilized, you will probably not
have a problem. Usually they pollenate the morning they open. If the
fruit has grown at all since the event, you're OK.
I had a "Wild" Iguana in my yard for some time. He would eat every
Squash Blossom that he could reach. Until I scared him over to a
Hybiscus Hedge. He seemed to like them better and left my Zuchini alone.
I think I have some pictures of him sunning on my trellis.
