One powdery mildew remedy I have used is baking soda. 3 table
spoons per gallon of water. So I am using 2 teaspoons in a sprayer.
I t seems to work somewhat, but my squash are still getting the disease.
Sulfer is supposed to be the solution (pun?), and I wonder how bad
it is, environmentally, if at all.
The explanation for baking soda is that it changed the pH of the
leaves, making them a hostile environment to powdery mildew.
