pick the leaves only.  when the seed stalks develop, pick them off.  u
can keep basil from going to seed for the season.  the seeds are
edible too, btw.  when u pick the leaves only, the plant will continue
to produce.  all season.

not sure, may be going to seed.  my flat It. pasley did this year (1st
year)
