<< This isn't off-topic, because I plan to place these pots in a sq ft bed

winter crops and take them inside when hard freezes threaten. My question
is: does anyone have experience with making drainage holes in plastic
pots???? I'd think that a masonary drill bit that can be used with concrete
and clay pots would shatter the plastic >>
If possible find a fence post invert the pot over the top anfd use a LARGE
nail and hammer to make your holes...works for us...otherwise, if the pot is
large enough you can place it on top of a scrap piece of lumber and
drill/hammer a hole from the
inside--to the outside
