That is a point that I have tried to make for several years, ever since I
subscribed to the SQFT list. When I read "Bermuda Grass" I know it is
somewhere in the south, but where ? Location is very important when you
are trying to help out on a problem. Most e-mail programs have provision
for a "signature". Why not use it ? A zone is of some help, but not a
lot. I am in zone 9b and get no rain all summer. Zone 9b in Texas is an
entirely different story, (in a normal year) if your discussing the best
method of watering.
