This is actually a test to see if I'm going to be reproduced a zillion times.
What I ALWAYS do to reply to my digests:
Hilight the TO from the sender's mail. (sqft-digest@lists.umsl.edu), if it's a digest, or if I'm replying directly to a
person who posted within the list itself.
Hit CTRL C to COPY the address. Hit CTRL N to bring up a brand new e-mail (blank) message screen. Hit CTRL V to paste the
address in the new TO line.
On both this Win 95 and the old 3.1 this works. Probably won't on Mac but I think most PC's will let you operate this feature.
Since I get my stuff in digest form, I never REPLY, or I'd quote the whole digest all over again.
This should help. I also never use the CC line because I figure if I'm responding to the whole group, the person I'm addressing doesn't need to see 2 copies of it.
Doomsday on this list is Aug 24, does anyone know if anything is being done to correct/move it?
