Hi, folks-

My pepper plants are not wilting, but they're not bearing, either.

I have handsome, 20" bell pepper plants that have not even flowered.  12
inches away is a cayenne pepper planted at the same time, and its fruit is
already reddening.  Same soil, same bed, same light, same water, same
everything.

It's hot and dry, but we water regularly.

Do pepper plants suffer blossom drop like tomatoes?  Or is something else
wrong?
