Hmmm. I don't have any personal experience, but Martha Stewart had a segment on
eating fresh soybeans. Also have some neighbors who just took a trip to
California where a fine restaurant served raw soybeans as an appetizer.
I understand it is quite "in" now. Maybe I misunderstood and these were
actually steamed first.
