Actually, that's much more strongly worded than I'd have put it, but I find
it a reasonable enough assessment.
However, IF you want compost in 14 days (and if this contraption does that,
which I think it does but admittedly haven't succeeded on two tries because
of my own failures to do it right), then it could be a good thing. I STILL
intend to *make it work* someday -- (wish me luck).
And actually, even if it didn't produce compost in 14 days on my two tries
so far, it DID give me a jump start on what I had, which I then added to my
regular compost heap and seemed to speed up that pile quite a bit. That
certainly wasn't a bad thing. Hmm, in fact, I might remember that as a
secondary use, esp. if the *recipe* remains something I can't perfectly
execute.
