The Canellini is a white bean that you dry.  It is Italian (I believe) and is 
used alot in soups, etc.  I grew some last year and the plants really 
produced more pods that I expected.  I pod looked similar to a Kentucky 
Wonder bean pod.  The bean is a bright off-whie with a small eye.
