I'd like to hear more about terracing. I can see a 4x4 having a 2x2 terrace
only, if you wanted to do runners the first year. And I like compost which
would sag over time, no? Strawberries being heavy feeders and all.
Each terrace 6" high??? An a terrace doesn't have to be a pyramid. Stairs
work. Or lettuce on the "far-side."
Even reserve tthe smaller upper level for strawberries you're trying out!
Or prodigious, tho' brief, early non-day-neutrals, for the first crop!?
