   It is a crop that nobody grows deliberately.
 
  I just saw a recipe for Dandelion Wine.  It seems easy enough.  I do
have one or two questions though.  1: Is it important to use to use only
spring fall or what lions.  2: What part do you use.  3: Are wild lions OK.
4: Is an enameled canning pot OK to use.  I would like to get some use out
of the many lions in the yard and at the same time help to get rid of them
naturally.  3 acres would take a lot of weed killer.  I do have two
grandsons that MIGHT be convinced to do the harvesting IF I pay them 5 plus
an hour.  Expensive little buggers for 6 and 9 year olders.
