In addition to fry bread, one of the staple "junque" foods at the AZ
State Fair is the Navajo Taco. It's served on fry bread instead of
tortilla and is prepared by the Navajos. It is also prettty popular at
resturants on the Big Reservation in towns like Tuba City, Kayenta and
at the 4 corners monument. -Olin
