I work on a reservation in WI, the folks here use frozen white bread dough,
thaw it, shape it, let it rise and then fry it.  We eat it with butter or as
the base for an Indian Taco or to hold a hamburger with the trimmings.  I tend
to forget healthy eating whenever someone comes along selling them.  Yummy.
