Bill I have an electric Flowtron Leaf Eater that is round and fits on a trash
can. That thing can process a lot of leaves rather quickly and even
processes shredded paper too. On the other hand I have a gas powered chipper
shredder that I use for heavier things. The chipper is a Craftsman that will
take 3" limbs. Both work fine and I use them for different things so one
does not really take the place of the other.
