Hi Kim
Sorry to be so slow on the reply, but we have been visiting out of town
relatives and got behind on my mail.
We seed peppers about the first of March. You could start earlier but
they don't do much untill the weather gets hot. The same pretty much
holds true for Squash. I don't usually grow cucumbers, but I would also
start them about March 1.
