These people grow what does well in the area--after years of trial
and error--and they eat this stuff, too.

Don't let the names of varieties scare you.  Seeds are about the
same price as Burpee's, etc.  You just have to find them.
Tomato Growers Supply is an excellent catalog for all.
And these seeds are a one time investment--you should be saving your
own seeds for the next year's crop.  That is what makes them adapted
to your problems.  Hybrids have to be purchased every year, because
if you save the seeds, the resulting plants are not like the parents
you grew the previous year.
