Borax sprinkled on/around pile? Mix some in to the matter they are eating. I
think this might add boron to the compost, which might be a good thing....if
used only occasionally I would imagine.  Again I am just posting a
suggestion, and I am hoping minds wiser and more experienced than mine will
comment on this possibility.
