Garden layout software

I am looking for software to layout a yard/garden. I currently have 8 4X4
foot squares and a small yard and a big stone parking lot. A friend has all
the heavy equipment I need to change all that so I'm gonna double the size
of the yard/garden.

I'm mostly looking for a CAD like tool. Shareware would be nice but I'm
willing to spend up to $50.00 on software. Any suggestions?
