Janet, Lately I've read sooo many books on gardening that my head is
spinning. I did remember reading in one of them (which one I'm not sure)
that said to do multiple transplanting of the tomato seedlings, gradually to
a larger pot and deeper each time. You're right too, about starting them
too early. I guess I was just over zealous. Thanks for the tip on using
the MG, I was mixing it to full strenghth and will change that asap. I plan
to keep some roma tomato plants in pots on the patio, does anyone know if
there is any problems with doing this? Dot
