I think we call your 'cabbage white' the imported cabbage worm and, yes, we have them but they are easily controlled with floating row covers and B.T. If nasturtiums really attract these pests (I don't know as I don't grow them) then you might want to grow them as a trap crop. The idea is to decoy the pests away from the brassicas and zap them on the flowers. Good luck .. Ed Flynn in zone 7 Maryland
