  I need more information to decide if I want to pursue growing enough
tomatoes for drying.

Question 1.  Will a dehydrator produce a product that is similar to the sun
dried tomatoes I can buy in the store?

Question 2. If question 1s answer is no, what is the difference and how
do I make/purchase a sun dryer?

Question 3. What type of tomato makes the best sun dried tomato?
