Tomatillo Help Needed

Dear List Members:

My tomatillo seedlings are growing like crazy!  They are already 18" tall.  I
am wondering how to curb their growth or make them bushier.  They are
determinate, which I've never grown before.  It will be atleast 2 more months
before they go outside.  They are 1" from the florescent lights, so this is
not the issue.
