At the back of my property is a cement pad - can I put - (showing my

You have a small Godsend here.  Don't mess up.

You have a green house foundation here.  (Can you say, "year around?" I knew
you could!)

It will shrink if you put wall studs ON th efoundation.
For MAX room, run cinderblock around the exterior,
If it frrezes there, a foundation under the frost line is good, but it's not
required.  What's the winter climate?  Where are you?

Drainage can bve between the cinderblock and the pad...1/2" to 2".  To reduce
pests, there some stuff they put around basement walls before backfilling that
lets water drain.  Old days, it was 1 Ft of grave.  This is more like a cross
between a sheet of styrofoam and excelsior...

But you'll have no gophers, etc.  You can build the beds first if you want. 
The green house needent cost much.  Choose a budget and time frame, one fior
the greenhouse, one for the beds, $ per month, and total budget... and I'll
help you adapt.  Others here also will have ideas.
(I'm cheap.  But use my head.)
