In our old house we had 3x4 as well as 4x4 and a couple of 3x10 beds.
Now that we have moved we are going to have a 3 x 9 and a U-shaped bed is 
planned that will be 3x16(outside lengths) on each leg and the bottom of the 
U will be 4x16(outside length)  The 3x 9 will be in the space between the 
legs of the U-shape(gee I hope that made sense..it's after midnight)
