I consider anything that has to do with gardening to be pretty much on topic, 
whether it is drainage, bed building, soil building, seed starting, companion 
planting, and what all.  I have no personal need AT THE PRESENT TIME for info 
on timers and whatnot.  HOWEVER in future I just may and would be more than 
willing to reread thru all these posts to gather that information that was 
made available to me on this list.  So I vote (if a vote is applicable) to 
keep it on this list.
