Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
Steve and I always thought it would be funny to hang our cantalopes up using
old bras! I guess you could get some really cheap at the Goodwill store,
wash them in clorox and use them. I think it would be hysterical!!!
Speaking of trellises, we were thinking of using t-posts (those metal posts
used by ranchers) and livestock (also known as hog) panels cut in two. The
panels come 52 inches by 12 feet. We could pound the posts in the ground
then use wire to hook the 1/2 panel onto them, being almost exactly 4 feet
across and 6 feet high! It would be stable enouph I imagine to put a couple
of bras holding pie pumpkins and small watermelons! I am laughing out loud
writing this, but I am absolutely serious about doing it!
I guess we could use old athletic supporters for the cukes?
*blush*
