   I forget whether that indicates acid or alkaline soil.  For acid you
would add lime and for alkaline it would be sulfur.  Best idea would be to
ask the ag agent who could also tell you how much to use.  You definitely
need to get it down some.  The closer to 7 the better 7 is neutral.
