Actually, they are marigold, onion, cabbage, radish and carrots. Utah is always dry (30% humidity), but I suspect the kitchen is more humid because of cooking. I don't know really. I'll give them a try I suppose it can't hurt to give them a try and watch them close...

Hi Annie,
Depending on what they are, they might be fine. Veggies like tomatoes, peppers, lettuce last for years. Granted better if it's chilly, but I'd give them a shot.
If they got damp, though, then they might have been in trouble. But if dry, why not?
