You can, and I usually make some `loaded' sauces - herbs, spice, vegies - for those quick meals when things are really busy, plus some extra thick sauces for pizza. I've found that the plain, unseasoned sauce is most versitile though - easy to add vegies and make spaghetti sauce or add to veggies for that matter. > Dried tomato slices make wonderfully tasty dippers instead of chips.
