Hi Carl -
where in So. Ca do you live? I'm in Laguna Hills, right on the
Irvine border. Boy have we had a cool and wet winter this
year! I've had success at other houses I've lived setting
tomatoes out in late February. Here though, I have to wait until
April because my backyard doesn't get sunny enough until
then.
