I live in Texas and won't plant those seeds until late February or early
March. Even then I take a risk of a late frost. Zone 7 I think.

How do I figure out when to plant my tomatoe and pepper seeds? I'm in
Norwest Indiana. I plan to call the extension agent tomorrow and see when
the general last frost date is.
