a book ?

Hi, 

   I'm new to both square foot gardening and the list but would like to
plant a relatively self sufficient garden this summer (I'm vegetarian) and
think this is probably the best route for me. I have relatively good space
(20ftX6ft in full sun) and would like as much background as possible before
I start. I'm in Canada (Eastern Ontario) so I don't have to plant for a
while. Could anyone recommend a good book etc ? 

   I'm out picking up cinderblock whenever I see it sitting around now !
