We have rhubarb, raspberries, and will be planting
asparagus as well as lots of veggies.

My reply:

I am curious how you are using the raspberries in relation to your 4x10
beds or are they a border? In addition may I inquire as to what
raspberries you are growing?

Ditto for the rhubarb.

In addition if anyone is planting strawberries in a square foot fashion I
would like to know what method you are employing, what varieties, and in
particular your spacing methods.

I am thinking of setting out 4 permanent 4x6 beds dedicated to
strawberries and I am considering 8 inch spacing for each plant and not
allowing any of the plants to develop runners. However I am considering
planting two of the beds to day neutrals and am curious if I should space
them a bit tighter. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Lastly let me remind the members of this list that many fruits and
berries can be easily grown at home, providing superior quality and
little or no dangers from pesticides.
