Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
I suspect this may be off topic, but I figured it can't hurt to ask. I'm
moving into our first house that we'll actually own this coming year. 8
Acres to play with, 3 of which are cleared. And a nice 10X10 garden spot
already tilled -- I figure that will give me 2 fourXfour SQFT plots and 2
5X5 plots, with a cross shaped 1 foot path in the center. Since I tried
sqft gardening for the first time last year (astounding results) with a
single 4X4, that should definately be enough to keep me busy.
But, I see my excitement about the house has caused me to become an ancient
city. (Babylon)
I also want to experiment with Butterfly gardening, growing plants that
attract butterflies. I have an excellent book on the subject, but it looks
like most of the plants, such as milkweed, are weeds. I was wondering if
anyone new of a source for seeds for these, as I don't want to try scouting
for some myself, and inadvertantly bringing back Poison Ivy, or digitalis,
or some other nasty. Any ideas? Too far off topic?
