Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
I use the APS foam trays to start seeds. I need to sterilize my capillary
mats for use this year. Would the standard 5% bleach bath work? Could I
just throw them in the wash on hot with bleach?
Also...I get uneven watering with the far side of the tray opposite where
the cap. matt dips into the water. Far side is dry. What I was thinking of
doing was using my old mats on the other side dropping it into the water
on that side as well. I would cut the mats so they would meet in the
middle of the tray under the 24 cells.
Any thoughts, opinions, experience? Thanks,
AG
